If you do not already know your press on nail sizes, it is recommend to purchase a sizing kit, as this is the most accurate way to size yourself. Alternatively, you can measure your natural nails and size yourself using our sizing guide. Set sizes are also available. in sizes small, medium and large. 

The best way to illustrate your vision for your nails to us is via email or Instagram (which you can find in contact us). If you wish, you can also send inspiration pictures. 

All DYS Nails London press on nails are made to order. Processing time (time for orders to be made) can vary, before orders are shipped. UK customers should expect to receive orders between 1 to 4 business days after shipping. International customers should expect to receive orders between 5 to 15 business days after shipping.

In the rare event that your order is taking longer than usual to arrive, please contact DYS Nails London by either email or via DM on Instagram. Please note UK orders are not considered lost until 10 business days have passed and for 25 business days for international orders.

All orders are made to order and are customised to customer's needs and requests so cannot be returned. They also cannot be re-worn by others (an intimate product) so cannot be resold.
